1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, creating an account, purchasing, downloading, or using any software, tools, or services provided by Flash-X Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Important Definitions
"Lifetime" = 5 Years
All "Lifetime" licenses and subscriptions are valid for five (5) years from the purchase date.
Single Device Policy
All subscriptions and licenses are valid for ONE (1) device at a time. Simultaneous use on multiple devices is not permitted.
3. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Refunds are NOT possible under any circumstances. Once payment is processed and the product is delivered, the transaction is complete and final.
- No partial refunds will be issued
- No refunds for compatibility issues
- No refunds if you change your mind
- Chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action
4. App Exchange Program
For purchases of $200 or more, you may exchange your app for a different one:
Exchange Fee: $50
• If new app ≤ original price: Pay $50 only
• If new app > original price: Pay $50 + price difference
Example: Bought tool for $200, want to exchange for $300 tool = $50 + $100 = $150 total
5. Admin Support & Training
Support Pricing: $30 for 30 minutes
Personalized admin support via AnyDesk or similar remote desktop software. Any duration less than 30 minutes is also charged at $30.
6. Educational Purpose & User Responsibility

All Flash-X Tools products are provided for EDUCATIONAL and RESEARCH purposes only. Flash-X Tools is NOT responsible for how customers use the software. Users assume full responsibility for their actions.
7. Authorized Seller Policy
NO RESELLERS AUTHORIZED
Flash-X Tools has NO resellers. I am the ONLY authorized seller of all Flash-X Tools products.
Anti-Reselling Enforcement:
Anyone caught selling, reselling, sharing, or distributing any license will face:
- Permanent account ban on flashxtools.com
- Complete loss of access to ALL tools
- No possibility of recovery
- Potential legal action
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Use products for any illegal activities
- Share, resell, or distribute licenses
- Reverse engineer or modify the software
- Use on multiple devices simultaneously
- Transfer your account to others
9. Limitation of Liability
Flash-X Tools provides all products "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
