1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, creating an account, purchasing, downloading, or using any software, tools, or services provided by Flash-X Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Important Definitions
"Lifetime" = 5 Years
All "Lifetime" licenses and subscriptions are valid for five (5) years from the purchase date.
Single Device Policy
All subscriptions and licenses are valid for ONE (1) device at a time.
3. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Refunds are NOT possible under any circumstances.
- No partial refunds will be issued
- No refunds for compatibility issues
- No refunds if you change your mind
- Chargebacks may result in account termination
4. App Exchange Program
For purchases of $200 or more, you may exchange your app:
Exchange Fee: $50
• If new app ≤ original price: Pay $50 only
• If new app > original price: Pay $50 + price difference
5. Admin Support & Training
Support Pricing: $30 for 30 minutes
Personalized admin support via AnyDesk or similar remote desktop software.
6. Educational Purpose & User Responsibility

7. Authorized Seller Policy
NO RESELLERS AUTHORIZED
Flash-X Tools has NO resellers. I am the ONLY authorized seller.
Anti-Reselling Enforcement:
Anyone caught reselling will face:
- Permanent account ban
- Complete loss of access to ALL tools
- Potential legal action
