• "App" or "Tool" refers to any software product available on the Flash-X Tools platform.
• "Lifetime License" means a license valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.
• "Single Device License" means the license is valid for use on one (1) device at a time.
• "Admin Support" refers to personalized assistance and training provided by Flash-X Tools administrators.
• "App Exchange" refers to the process of switching from one purchased app to another, subject to eligibility requirements.

3. Account Requirements

To use Flash-X Tools services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

4. License & Subscription Terms

Upon successful purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software subject to the following conditions:

• License is for personal/business use by the registered account holder only
• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of software is strictly prohibited
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software is prohibited
• Updates and support are provided at our discretion during the license period

5. No Refund Policy

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All sales are final and non-refundable
• No partial refunds will be issued
• No refunds for compatibility issues with your system
• No refunds if you change your mind after purchase
• No refunds for unused license periods
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account termination and legal action

6. App Exchange Program

While refunds are not available, we offer an App Exchange Program for eligible customers who wish to switch to a different product.

Exchange Fee Structure:

• App Change Fee: A fixed fee of $50 applies to all exchanges
• Price Difference: If the new app costs more than the original, you pay the difference
• No Credit: If the new app costs less, no refund or credit is provided for the difference

7. Admin Support & Training

Flash-X Tools offers personalized admin support and training sessions for users who need assistance with our products.

• Support sessions are conducted via remote desktop (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.)
• Sessions must be scheduled in advance via Telegram
• Payment must be completed before the session begins
• Support covers installation, configuration, and basic usage training
• Advanced customization or development requests may require additional fees

8. Educational Purpose & User Responsibility

By purchasing and using our products, you agree that:

• You will use the software only for lawful purposes
• You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You will not use the software for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities
• Flash-X Tools bears no liability for misuse of its products
• Any legal consequences arising from misuse are the sole responsibility of the user
• You indemnify Flash-X Tools against any claims arising from your use of the software

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use Flash-X Tools products for:

• Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws
• Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
• Harassment, stalking, or threatening other individuals
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
• Identity theft or fraud
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
• Any activity that could damage Flash-X Tools' reputation

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your license without refund and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

10. Authorized Seller & Anti-Reselling Policy

By purchasing from unofficial sources, you risk:

• Receiving stolen, revoked, or non-functional licenses
• Getting scammed with no recourse
• Having your license terminated without warning
• Losing your money with no support available
• Potential malware or modified software

Report unauthorized sellers: If you encounter anyone claiming to sell Flash-X Tools products, please report them immediately to @Flash_X_Tools on Telegram.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Flash-X Tools provides all products "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that products will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question
• We are not responsible for any data loss, system damage, or security breaches
• We are not liable for third-party services or integrations

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All Flash-X Tools products, including but not limited to software, code, designs, logos, documentation, and related materials, are the exclusive property of Flash-X Tools and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You receive a license to use the software, not ownership
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal penalties

13. Termination

Flash-X Tools reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent payment or chargeback attempts
• Sharing, reselling, or distributing licensed software
• Abusive behavior towards staff or other users
• Any activity deemed harmful to Flash-X Tools

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must destroy all copies of our software in your possession.

14. Modifications to Terms

Flash-X Tools reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the modified terms, you must stop using our services immediately.
